Had internet service installed on 3/15/18, missed half day of work to get it. Several days later, asked to have my landline switched over too.
After Frontier and Spectrum fumbled for a week, i just gave up and said forget about the phone, after holding for 47 minutes and talking with 2 different people for an additional 30+ minutes. That was april 2. Their customer service person cancelled all services. Turned off the internet i just had installed!
I learn this on April 4 when calling to find out why my internet isnt working. After another 52 minutes and 3 people, i learn it was turned of on 4/2 but the effective date is 4/14...I'll have to call back after that, and wait untold minutes on hold, to have it reinstated. Fat chance.
It seems that frontier and spectrum are in a heated battle to see who has the better clown car.
Right now, it's hard to decide but no other options in 75074. Guess I'll use my wireless hotspot.
