Since Frontier took over for Verizon I have not have Caller ID, On Demand service and until just recently no voice mail notification. I called technical support and was advised that they were told by management that they had no firm date.

The rep also advised that every week they receive a new date from management She sounded as frustrated as I am with Frontier. What is wrong with Frontier? I guess they do not realize that customer service is important.

All they have to do is go to Publix to see what customer service should be like. Maybe someone with good customer service will buy them out.

This person wrote the review because of "services nt working" at Frontier Communications. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $500 and wants Frontier Communications to issue a full refund.
