SICK AND TIRED OF Frontier Communications
Hello,
We were Happy Campers with Verizon having ALL services, Voice,Internet & TV, However, ever since Frontier Communications took over our Life has been Disturbed with their UN-PROFESSIONAL service. Customer Service is HIGHLY PATHETIC cannot Resolve issues.
Billing Department is Messed up and sending out threatening letter, which is Additional Harassment. When you call the Customer service their ROBOT will put you on Hold for Hours while we are trying to make Living.
I am Highly Surprised as to why the FCC not taking Notice of such a Company.

Frontier Communications Cons: This company, Slow service call.
