Frontier Communications - Dsl Internet Service Review from Stockton, California
Frontier Communications not only has very poor internet service but has overcharged people for this poor service.
They have created billing issues by over-charging (stealing) people for services they were not providing. Many customers have complained about not getting any of their money back when they've been overcharged.
I've been fighting with Frontier about my overcharged bills for over a year now and they will not fix the problem. The reason they won't fix it is, I was enrolled into "auto pay".
Auto pay gives them zero incentive to give back the money they've stolen.
Frontier Communications has been given an F grade by BBB; due to the fact they don't resolve customer complaints.
I urge anyone who still has to deal with Frontier to get out of auto pay and to take a good long look at their bill.
Frontier could be stealing from you too.
