UPDATE: Regional called (thank you) and listened and heard my solution so lets see what happens.

Dealing once again with Frontier screwing up my service by selling me service/upgrades that they cannot deliver. Now I have 1/2 the service I had a week ago.

They said sorry keep in touch..... What is that?

No resolution, no plan of action and now I must reorder my 2nd line they disconnected to get the upgrade?

Rural areas need more choices and support to get companies to stop abusing homeowners and charging for services they give that are sub-standard.

Pay good money to get 2mbps in a 6mbps plan, promised 45 mbps and now they do not have the ability, equipment and over sold area so everyone can get poor, slow service. I can only keep emailing everyone in their corporate office, news media and take to social networking.

I didn't like: Cannot deliver advertised produces, Slow service, Slow spped, Old equipement, I am furious.
