Have contacted Frontier Internet over and over again. They have tried, and sent techs out over and over again.

Finally last week was told they were putting in new cables as our entire subdivision was having problems. However, while watching Netflix movie tonight, I lost connection AGAIN! Why are we not able to get a decent connection in our area????????

We cannot get AT&T or Comcast because we are told Frontier has the RIGHTS to this area, yet Frontier does not run proper lines!!!! I don't understand the problem.

Please help us get better service.

Now I've said what I have to say, but you will not accept. Oh well nothing works!
