Ever since Verizon Fios got sold to Frontier our bill has never been the same. For the last 3 months we have been receiving incorrect bills. My normal bill with Verizon was around $60 per month since Frontier took over my first month bill was around $200. Then I called and complaint, representative told me it would be fixed in the next cycle. Next month my bill is around $100, called the Frontier and said it will take one more cycle to fix it... I recently had cable internet and phone installed. They only activated one phone jack and I have now wasted four whole days and four hours of my life waiting on technician that do not show up! I am so sorry I got involved with Frontier. I am ready to rip out their equipment and go with time warner who told me it would be six weeks to get my services installed! I was shocked today when I called to ask for my number of over 20 yrs to be released so my new company could retrieve the number. At the time, when I discussed this with the rep she mentioned that it would not be a problem but since the date of switching was different, frontier closed out my number before the new company could get it. The rep never mentioned it had to be done before the date of disconnection. The TW cable company was unable... Read more

Two weeks ago on a Monday I called to setup internet in my new apartment. The order was placed and the installation was scheduled for the following Saturday. I just had my installation done by front tier and even though I had a little issue with what day they were coming the technician came on Saturday and work for three hours until there was a power outage in my area and he had come back on Sunday and he got it all working and I had a very good experience. The technician could not have been any nicer or more cooperative.

VERY Bad Customer Service - They put you on hold and transfer to another agent without any resolution. You waste 1-2 hours every time you call with no resolution. I started with an agent on Chat - Sorry I do not have access to help you. Please call tech support 1-800-219-6877. I requested him to escalate my issue. Our third issue in 6 months with Frontier after they took over from Verizon. We currently have no land line (we only have it for 911 service), no TV and no internet. I filed a support ticket and they were supposed to arrive between 8-12pm today. They never showed and I lost 4 hours sitting here. Our service stopped working the day Frontier took over from Verizon. They made repeated promises it would be fixed in a day, then a week, then two weeks, then a month. After three months we knew it wouldn’t get fixed. I have had TWO good agents of the dozens I have spoken to. Their customer service is terrible! Half the time it is out of the Philippines. They have overcharged me by double and then they charge late fees on the overcharge which they say they will remove, but don't. Then when I try to call, it is hours on the phone trying to reach them. Obviously, they have a business plan which works for them. The leverage they have is that they will ruin your credit score if you don't pay. Take a look at their rating at the BBB.
