I just had my installation done by front tier and even though I had a little issue with what day they were coming the technician came on Saturday and work for three hours until there was a power outage in my area and he had come back on Sunday and he got it all working and I had a very good experience. The technician could not have been any nicer or more cooperative.

They have overcharged me by double and then they charge late fees on the overcharge which they say they will remove, but don't. Then when I try to call, it is hours on the phone trying to reach them. Obviously, they have a business plan which works for them. The leverage they have is that they will ruin your credit score if you don't pay. Take a look at their rating at the BBB.
