Stay away from Frontier period!!Their business practices are deceptive by allowing their agents to get by with spamming (adding services to customers accounts without permission), rude customer and technical service, intentional disconnected calls, service that never works.
We spend more time with our services being down than active.
The fact that most of their agents work from home explains the majority of their I don't care attitudes about anything.
Their CFO just stepped down last week, their stock continues to fall, and they got more than they bargained for through acquisitions.Buyers beware and run away as fast as you can!!!
