i waited the longest time for april 2016 to arrive so i could get out from underneath verizon once and for all... what should have been a $160 bill is now a $460.00 bill and i cant get anyone to understand this situation after many attempts..
i got internet for a ridiculus $60.00 a month for may and june and they still send me a $460 bill for a $239.00 bill. i have had no tv since april 1st and they took all my rewards and movies i had bought and the service is suckville tx... frontier even at times try to make me look like the bad guy and i am not..
i want to file a lawsuit!!! can someone help me PLEASE
