Our internet has been super slow, called many times to get it corrected finally told by tech that we should have 6 m and was suppose to have 6m but only receiving 1 m This has gone on for a very ,very long time charging for 6 and only getting 1.Called company said give us $25 credit what a crock.
This company has awful customer service and took advantage of us and still are. We have called and complained ask to talk to manager and get run around. We are limited where we live, got us by the balls.
It is ridiculous, fradaulant.Has anyone had awful internet through frontier?
