Frontier Communications - Worst service

I have tried every month for over a year to change billing address and it still hasn't happened, I get notified by a person in different city that my bill is due, I have not received a bill here in over a year, but have talked to customer service 15-20 times, they can disconnect quick but cannot fix a simple address, I hope someone is embarrassed by this but probably not!!

Absolute worst company to ever exist. Customer service and tech support are inept and useless. Never have I had to deal with a company who has no idea how to function. They will be out of business sooner rather than later. Anyone thinking of buying their services should run in the other direction.

Step #1. Call frontier service. Step #2. Wait between 10 and 120 minutes. Step# 3. Learn to speak a language other than English. Step #4. Scream. Step# 5. Have a stroke. Step#6. Call an ambulance to remove your corpse. THIS IS THE WORST FIOS COMPANY IN THE HISTORY OF FIOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frontier Tech Support accessed my computer remotely and left 850+ spyware plus a Trojan. How do I know? Because I had JUST scanned the C drive right before I called tech support for help because the network wasn't showing up on my Android on a WiFi scan. Shocking. Do not let them access your computer remotely.
