WAS a customer for 16 yrs. Internet went down due to a tree falli g & taking cable out.
Frontier expected me to wait 6 weeks for new cable to be installed. That was the last straw for me. So many years of bad customer service, I cancelled my service completely. Next thing I know, there is a tech knocking on my door letting me know the new cable has been installed...how stupid are they???
Then i get a bill! So I call them only to be told I have a $2-$3 credit that i should be receiving in a few days, thx for the info Simon. That was ln 8/22/18. It is now 9/20/18 & you guessed it...no refund!!!
It isn't the $$$, it is all the stupiditity, mistakes ir however you want to put ut. Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that they are the ONLY provider in certain ares, I'm quite sure a company run this poorly would surely have been out of business by now.
Shame on you Frontier for continuining to treat people as you do. You surely will have some karma coming back to you!!!
