Resolved: Frontier Communications - Terrible customer service
I called back and waited 92 minutes on the phone to talk to someone.
First, I tried to wait for close to an hour on 2 different days to get through to someone only to have to hang up because I couldn’t wait on hold any longer, second, the callback service does not work and third, when I finally complain on social media I get a contact who initially responds to assist and sends me the following email on September 11, 2019 at 1:52pm:

This was 5 days ago. No response to my email a couple days ago trying to find out what’s going on. Also, every time I call her number it’s a constant busy signal.....
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
