Like thousands of people, once Frontier took over the FIOS network, I thought I had been dropped into bundle ***. Initially, it was all kinds of technical issues. No dial tone on the home phone, TV suddenly blacking out, etc. Every time we called Frontier for service, we had to count on at lease a half hour hold. The customer service reps would always ask for a number to call back if the call was disconnected. I would give my cell phone and of course, they never called back. The final straw was BILLING. About the time, things were settling down, we got an offer to stay with Frontier for a $25/mo discount guaranteed for 2 years. We took the bait. Bills were double what we had been paying. All efforts to straighten things out failed, so now we are with Time Warner...so far, so good.

STARTED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC AND TOOK A WHILE INCLUDING AN EXTENSION THE F-TIER FILED WITH THE FCC AND F-TIER UPDATED OUR ACCOUNT TO SHOW THAT WE WILL GET THE REFUND. PROBLEM IS THEY HAVE SOME TYPE OF "RULE" THAT THAT MONEY CAN NOT BE RELEASED FOR THREE MONTHS??? VERY VERY LONG STORY WRITTEN AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE. SIX MONTHS OF FRUSTRATION LATER AND NO CHECK. Much to my dismay, I found out that Verizon pulled a "fast one" by notifying me that they had transferred my triple bundle premium package and fax number to Frontier communications. It has been a disaster since the beginning. Double billing, Outage on the fax machine from July 28-Sept 9th. Internet was "down" and no landline phone service for over 2 weeks. Previously, the guardhouse at the gated community had been w/o service so guards could not use the phone to notify homeowners of guests and homeowners could not buzz guests in remotely because of no phone svc. Reps were rude and unresponsive. 2 calls were scheduled on an escalated basis and technicians did not show up as promised. My best friend tried to contact them on my behalf and was on ignore for 3+ hours. Additionally, they split my bill into 2 separate accounts--one for the fax line and one for the triple play. This is egregious. I had no issues with Verizon as far as reliability was concerned. It seems as though the customer is no longer Queen or King. Representatives refused to release their ID numbers for documentation (mine). They also do not do a good job of documenting on their end. This company is a nightmare.

Frontier Rep contacted me while I was at work. I received final bill which is now over $1000.

Never received boxes to return equipment. I'm being charged termination fees and they do not operate in my area. Worst decision I have ever made.

I returned back to Time Warner for internet only. Utterly ridiculous!!!
