Since taking over for Veriz slow speeds or NO speed on Internet. I've called these Jenks 4 times this month alone. Hours on the phone. All they want to do is follow same script. Nothing works. Completely down. No tech arrival for 7 days. I really hate Frontier right now. I'm leaving Frontier at the earliest time. Others are bad too but it'll be new at least.
