Horrible rude over the phone help over billing and trouble with on demand. Trouble shot over the phone over 50 times even had a tech come out and he said the trouble is in the line so there's nothing he can do..... do now our on demand doesn't work. And we are canceling ASAP this company's big wigs needs to be in jail

I can't possibly write of my interactions with the over fifteen-twenty reps,"techs" at this time.Since April 01,2016 Frontier cannot process request for VOD due to network bandwidth limitations.Not a single person at Frontier knows what their banner means or how to fix it.I had a twenty year veteran employee,Leon,come to my home on Memorial Day to try to fix it.I asked why no heads up,and he said he left a v.m.We checked our landline and our phone was dead!Unable to repair the VOD after two hours of back and forth with his tech people,he said he would send in a report to his boss.Before Leon left,he was able to reconnect our phones.This morning,DEAD PHONES.I emailed Frontier ASAP and seven hours later,not even an email and now we have two issues with this horrible company.No VOD,and now no phone service.To top it off,they expect full payment for abysmal partial service.I think that's what is known as stealing.

I am extremely disappointed eith the serbice i am receiving sonce the switch from Verizon to Frontier in Texas. I no longer have caller ID on my television. Many of the networks that were on demand are either no longer offered or the amountbof shows have been reduced. I was promised after the transition tpok place those issues epuldbe resolved and i was told i would receive credit on my bill intill they wete resolved. I have beem billed twice am NO credit was given. Customer service is a joke. When I call to have my issues resolved they do not understand what I'm saying have to repeat the issues. I get put on hold and then mysteriously the phone call gets dropped. I live in a city where only one other option is available for Telephone TV and internet are available. If there was anything else out there I would definitely be signing off from Frontier. I'm so frustrated at this point along with so many other people. Enough is enough this has been too much!!

Now at the "mid-April" time frame by which all problems were to be solved. Obviously this is not true!

This is ridiculous! In Texas, For almost 2 weeks now I have not had access to my on demand content. I am paying for a service that I have not been getting. When I fist called on 4/1 I was told it should be there in 24 hours called again 3 days later and was told it should be restored by 4/10. As we all are aware, that did not happen. Since Frontier took over it has been nothing but misinformation, lack of knowledge on the part of the customer service reps and what appears to be outright dishonesty! So far, I am completely unimpressed with Frontier so far. I have asked on each occasion what Frontier's plans are to make this right and I have yet to be advised what your plans are. There has been little to no communication with the former FIOS customers. I would like an honest answer as to when I should be getting ALL my content back. I would greatly appreciate an honest answer to this vital question.

I have family that works there so i have some insight Frontier doesn't charge for on demand service. It's a free ad on to your TV service just like email is free also.

The purchase history information for your on demand library will need transferd to them from verizon and they are in no hurry to do it. just like any other company until they get all your information they can't set up the account.

Not Frontiers fault thwy have requested this several times but they are taking the blame. Ppl will hate on them rather than try to understand.

Perhaps company should communicate. They have been completely unresponsive to all forms of inquiry.

Customer service is a joke. They don't know anything and their answers change on a daily basis if you can get through at all.

This company is a joke. I think you are a company employee not a family member.
