I three people come to my door at 6pm at night two guys and a girl stating that they wanted to see if they could give me a better deal on my cable bundle then I had with my current carrier. First they ran my credit which I was never told they were going to do. then after I specifically told them I did not want to change carriers a guy name Evan calls me from 716-870-6832 telling me I had a installation date set for 112819 which I never requested. this is not the way you get new customers by taking it upon yourself to make appoints for installation which has not been requested. I am just beside myself that your sales reps are this sneaky. I would never request or suggest this company to anyone

This company is a fraud. | Frontier Communications review from Plano, Texas

I recently subscribed to their FIOS 500 Mbs service, but my download is around 9Mbs and upload is around 20mbs, called multiple times and was told that they will fix it but never did. What they advertise is a fraud they put you on a dal line which is not capable of delivering faster speeds. This is a fraud and authorities must hold this company accountable.

Ever sine Verizon sold them the service sucks, sadly there’s no recourse for customers. They collect ,y payment on tone monthly, however my service is hit and miss. Why can’t government regulators handle this! THEY SUCK SUCK

Had Verizon FIOS since day one, 7+ years? No problems that were couldn't be solved with one phone call. Frontier took over and immediately broke something that was perfect. We have the latest tech gadgets and we're not able to use them to their fullest potential. Ethernet connected internet is often slow or just *** wifi is obviously throttled back, Netfilx can't grab wifi and we never seem to get full HD download now. Prior to the sale to Frontier, our 11 wifi devices worked flawlessly and now they can't all connect concurrently. I blame this on Verizon and will not have further dealings with them once I have fulfilled my current contracts with them.

We can assist you here with that, what model router do you have? To get a baseline what speeds are you getting on the wired connection? Have you tried to change the wifi channel on the router to get a better connection?

Frontier should be embarrassed of themselves. They must train their customer service representatives to lie.

They offered me low cost upgrades then when the bill came I was charged over what was promised.

There is no recourse for the consumer who is promised a service and is charged for it yet we don't receive it. What can I do?
