Frontier Communications - The worst
I have had nothing but issues with Frontier (which I have to say has absolutely no customer service and constantly lies) Two nights ago we had a summer storm, and our phone, internet and TV went out. After being on the phone for nearly 3 hours with someone who did not speak english, could not help me I gave up After 8 I called an was helped by a really fine US citizen and got the internet and phone working.
However, later that day my husband noticed the TV were not working so he called Frontier. After screwing around for an hour, he was told that the box probably was not working and that they would send someone out from Thursday - Sunday. Knowing how they lie, I called and was told that the appointment would be Monday (after being promised by Sunday). I was on the phone for an hour or so with Hill techtx5361 who basically said she did not have a supervisor...and I was told that someone from the Bradenton FL area would call me back before they closed.
Guess what? No call
