I have not had telephone or internet since 8/11/2016.After MANY phone calls on my cell phone and lengthy waiting on hold at one point for an hour and 6 minutes I received a ticket # for a repair person to fix my ongoing problem with Frontier Communications.I HAVE NO TELEPHONE OR INTERNET FOR THE PAST 9 DAYS.....still not resolved.I have 2 family members with serious medical conditions and have had to call 911 in the past.....they do not care and you just get put on hold.I am tired of FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS BLOWING SMOKE UP MY ***!!!!!! ,MY CONTRACT ENDS WITH THEM IN OCTOBER AND I WILL FIND A BETTER BUSINESS TO GIVE MY MONEY TOO.AFTER 10 YEARS OF HORRIBLE SERVICE

I certainly don't want you to feel like anyone is blowing smoke during any conversation with you. If you've felt that way then obviously something is seriously wrong.
