Somehow Frontier activated voicemail on my account without my permission. I have no access to it and it is answering my phone.
I can't turn it off or make changes to it.
I have called customer service 3 times now, each running transferring me around to someone who can turn it off. So far all said they did but it's still on.
So far I have wasted over 90 minutes trying to correct what they did.
User's recommendation: If you have another choice for phone service...us it.
Preferred solution: Get you act together. It's no wonder you are in chapter 11.
