During last 3 days, a "code" has been put on my tel. no.,

which blocks incoming long distance calls!

I don't know the

code, and am unable to receive necessary doctor calls, family

calls, etc. My land phone has never had a "code block" before

and I sure don't want one.

At 86, and partially disabled, I am extremely concerned.

Help me, please, before I have to call the Attorney General's
