AFTER SPENDING AN ENTIRE DAY ON THE PHONE WITH FRONTIER, THEY JUST TOLD TO WAIT 24 HOURS TO SEE IF THE SYSTEM RESOLVES ITSELF WITH NO GUARANTEE, AS IF IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL. MY BUSINESS IS LOSING MONEY DAILY WITHOUT INTERNET AND THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO ANY DEPT HEADS OR IT SPECIALIST!

I JUST MOVED INTO NEW HOME AND HAVE ZERO SERVICE, AND FRONTIER HAS NO IDEA HOW TO TRANSFER SERVICE...THEY JUST GAVE UP ON MY PROBLEM AND SAID TO CALL BACK!!!!!!!!

AFTER WASTING AN ENTIRE DAY WITH NO GUARANTEE OR APPOINTMENT TO CALL ME OR FIX MY PROBLEM, I AM LEFT SPEECHLESS THAT THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE! THEIR SUPERVISORS ARE EVEN WORSE AND HAVE NO DESIRE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Frontier Communications Cons: No resolution to my issue just hung up on.
