I like fiber optic service or FIOS. Is clearer than cable and satellite.
And I love it when it was Verizon. Now everything change since Frontier Communications. From Costumer Service, Billing, Collection, Supervisor Etc. are worst personnels in the entire US.
Aside from being rude and incompetent they don,t really care about you. Even if your bill is over than what you have expected. They have overcharged me over and over again.
Frontier Communications paid a substantial amount in acquiring verizon and their passing cost it to us the consumers. Any lawyer or group of lawyers interested in representing overcharged costumers to file a class action lawsuit against Frontier Communications Orange County Resident, California
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $600.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Frontier Communications Cons: Worst customer service ever.
