Frontier continues to violate the new California Privacy law by providing, (selling) your IP address to their customers, without your express permission, which is a clear violation of the law. Because they are bankrupt, (Chapter 11 Bankruptcy) I guess they feel that they can sell your internet information, (IP address) to prospects so that they can continue to try and make money during their Bankruptcy.

User's recommendation: Find an Internet provider that respects the new California Privacy Law.

Location: Temecula, California

Hello PissedConsumer2085338, I'm not sure of where you have come across this information, but it is completely untrue. We do not sell our customers' information, IP addresses included.

Additionally, the vast majority of our customers have a dynamic IP, which means that the IP will change frequently as a security feature, making the prior IP address defunct and of no value. If you have any further questions or concerns, we are more than happy to assist you.
