TV channels FOX Q13, and channel 522 JOE (KZJO) has been since yesterday !/!0/2020 here in Marysville, WA. When I finally talked to so called tech (transferred to 3 different people) at Frontier who was suppose to call me back - never did. I was told that there were no problems here in Marysville - funny I get a message stating "This channel currently unavailable." I have had nothing but PROBLEMS WITH AND POOR SERVICE FROM FRONTIER.

Poor customer service
I have had 6 months of service, to use the term loosely, with Frontier internet. EVERY day service went down. I had little to no customer support. I paid my fee as agreed upon, yet Frontier did not provide the service they agreed upon.

Everytime the internet comes back online. It would tend to die down again. Just horrible. I cant even watch streaming service without the internet dying down several times.
