poor internet speed...outdated lines...still looking at a broken telephone pole...box at end of road is open with wires hanging out ticket was never taken care of. Around here if repairman likes you ...you get more speed.

Details
Our internet has been out for more than 3 weeks. When I called in and actually got a human on the phone they say they’re “working on it” that it’s a system outage due to upgrading the system (for 3 weeks!?). We lost internet during a thunderstorm around the house and I can’t get them to come out and replace the box or even send me a new box. It’s obviously fried again.

Hello HealthyLynx148, I apologize for the delay with your repair. If there is an escalation freeze in the area, that means that the tech's schedule is fully loaded, and potentially overbooked in some cases.

Contact your city elected officials immediately with this problem. Tell them that they need to revoke the right of this company to do business here and to revoke their use of rights of way.

My guess is that the city agreements require that they provide requested services. Also contact your state legislators...my guess is this violates the agreements with the state as well. Do not call your legislator or write them...make an appointment with their offices and go there in person.

Much better. they hate that.
