Called yesterday about my refund that I have been waiting for since June 4th. They told me my service was cancelled on the 19th which it was not.

So not only did they charge me for most of the month of June but they are also delaying my refund. The representative told me I won’t receive until the first week of November. Now does that make sense to wait five months to receive a refund. Unacceptable.

I’m glad I dumped this company. Very poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

lost my tv service on 10/14 just b4 national league game - called frontier 4 times - 3 times my call wad terminated & computer voice so garbled - had little idea what was being said -4th time I was on hold 4 at least 1/2 hour - knew I would never speak 2 an assoc - unacceptable - looking 4 new carrier!!!
