Terrible company. I worked in customer service.

They would almost force us to sell services that they could hardly even get in the first place.

Tech support was lazy ("uh durhhh did he turn it off and on?") And there was little to no help from upper management. In-store employees would lie and then poor customers would call in angry, asking to speak with managers who wouldn't know anything about what was going on.
