Closed out account moved end of June waited and called each month for them to send the boxes to turn back in the modular I had 2.First person spoke to said I had credit coming back and would be sent by card.

Never got boxes or credit sent back. Now again I called in Oct spoke to a Matt in the tampa center. He sent the boxes to me to send back the equipment. And again no credit.

He said it would be sent out. I call again today said was a supervisor his name was Shaun they told me the credit was put in the July bill which was no service in July. So I told him to send me the bill he says I owe. for July which I was already moved.

They charge way to much money for phone and internet.

123.64.Get the Spectrum great service no problems....Lots of speed on the internet.
