I called two weeks ago to order internet and paid for the service with my debit card I was told the technician would be at my house anywhere from 8am to 2pm so Monday morning I was waiting on the technician so around 9am he pulls up and I told him yes this is the right house I told him who I was and let him know I was gonna be inside.He then told me he couldn't hook me up untill 2pm that day that he would be back I told him that was fine I would be here waiting and I was but he never showed so then around 4pm a frontier worker calls and said she got paperwork from him stating he didn't think he had the right house and rescheduled me for Wednesday I was upset but still said ok I would be here well when Wednesday came around 10am he shows up and very rudely told me he didn't appreciate me calling frontier Monday and since I got him in trouble he wasn't hooking up my internet he said he was gonna make it so hard on me that I would never get internet and he did because my service never got hooked up and he told them I didn't have power and wrote things that wasn't true I'm very upset and disappointed now I see why people don't use this service and I encourage everyone thinking about this service DONT DO IT
