Called to fix email issue since att sold to frontier I can't access my email on ipad phone or computer. I starting my calling at 830 am after being transferred
No lie 12 times and 6 hours later. EMAIL STILL NOT WORKING!!!!!! Transferred to Central America, Atlanta, Houston etc......nobody knows a thing or who to contact to fix issue. Was promised a call back but if course no call. So I am paying for service I am not receiving I ask them to cancel my service they said that will be$180.00 WHY I DID NOT CHOOSE FRONTIER ATT CHOOSE TO SELL THEM I SHOULD HAVE A CHOICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Total BS I AM CALLING ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR HELP.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
