The mafia of phone and internet services. The worst customer service experience I have ever even heard of.
I was placed on 30+ minute hold twice and hung up on once. I was unable to connect with anyone that was capable of doing anything to help me answer my inquiries. Billings are never correct. They changed my billing information then wanted me to pay fees because they were unable to send statements?????
what??!! Horrible service, incorrect information, inability to COMMUNICATE with customers, unexplained price and rate increases. All I can say is WOW!
Avoid this company at all costs.
We have elected to go without phone service at all because this is the only provider that services our area and I would rather go without. Hopefully this disaster of a company goes out of business soon and people will be able to escape the nightmare that is Frontier Communications!
